Reservation Agreement & Cancellation Procedure

A – At least 25% of the reservation costs need be paid for the confirmation of reservation, the rest of
the amount can be paid up to 14 days before or upon arrival.

B- Should the guest cancels the reservation 15-7 days before arrival date, he undertakes to pay 10%
of the accommodation price. If the booking will be canceled less than 7 days before arrival, the guest
undertakes to pay the total reservation amount to the hotel. A change of the travel dates
corresponds to the regulations of a cancellation.

C - In case of illness or death of the guest or relatives first degree, exemption from the cancellation
conditions before arrival is only possible with an official medical report assign by the state hospital.

D - If the guest does not inform the hotel in written form about the no-show, the hotel reserves the
right to cancel the reservation after 24 hours. For this kind of cancellation no refunds will be done.

E - If necessary, the hotel is entitled after informing the guest to partially or completely cancel the
reservation.
Should the guest does not accept this change or cancellation for legitimate reasons, he has the right
to cancel the reservation. The whole reservation amount will be refunded.

NOTE: According the law of the tax procedure, the invoice of purchased services, will be sent by
email from the 8th day after your accommodation.
